Returns and refunds

While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience shopping with us, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out the way one expects. We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

We offer returns and have a 100% money back guarantee for all products that are defective, damaged during shipping or simply not as you expected. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund at your own preference.

Refund and return requests must be submitted within either:

  • 30 days after order placement
  • 10 days after order delivery

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, incomplete or invalid address, delivery refusal, delayed by a natural disaster or a global pandemic).

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or model, you must contact us or email info@declutteredwardrobe.com first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Contact us and we will assist you promptly in resolving any issues you may have.
