We want your shopping experience to be as simple and efficient as possible. We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we unfortunately are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and customs fees may be applicable when they arrive in your country, according to your country's regulations. This is outside of our control, unfortunately.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time varies by location and demand. These are our estimates:

**Europe Plus: Some countries in the European area have slightly increased shipping times - these include Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Iceland, Isle of Man, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, North Macedonia, Réunion, San Marino, Serbia

In special cases, we might be able to facilitate express shipping options with shorter turnaround time for an added fee - please contact us directly or email info@declutteredwardrobe.com in that case and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us or email info@declutteredwardrobe.com if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Unclaimed or refused deliveries

If nobody is available to accept the delivery, the package might be kept at our partner courier's facility for a certain period of time. You may check on the status of such delivery via your tracking number and arrange with the courier for pickup or re-delivery.

In the event that the customer is unreachable, or the shipment remains refused or unclaimed past the courier's holding period, the courier will normally return the package back to us. Note that packages returned to sender are not covered by our return policy and will not be refunded. Refunds are not offered in the case where the package is returned to sender due to any of the following:

  • Invalid shipping address
  • Incomplete shipping address
  • Refused/rejected or uncollected package
  • Unpaid International Customs, Duties and Tax

Packages returned to sender due to an invalid or incomplete address can be re-shipped with corrected address information for a small handling fee.
